golf, pitch & putt and scenic walks. The 'Ceolaras' music centre in Gurteen as well as many local pubs boast some of the best traditional music sessions to be heard in the country. At Rockville you are guaranteed that true Irish welcome that is famous all over the world. Monica, John Joe and family open their home to all, and are never too busy to chat. They like to ensure that all guests experience 'the personal touch'. Accommodation consists of 3 ensuite bedrooms and 1 standard with own adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms have clock radios, hairdryers & electric blankets. A cosy sitting room features an open peat fire - where everyone just loves to sit and chat. Guests can listen to a wide selection of traditional music, videos, cassettes and CDs or browse through a considerable collection of books on Irish culture, history and genealogy. For the outdoor type there is full access to the flower gardens. All guests are greeted with a welcoming tray of tea/coffee and home baking. With our breakfast menu, we try to suit everybody, whether your preference is for traditional Irish or Continental or both. You will also enjoy our home made breads and preserves.Breakfast at Rockville is a speciality and is served at a pre-arranged time convenient for guests.
