A warm welcome awaits you with our
complimentary tray of tea / coffee and homebaking at Eden
Villa. At this family home of serene setting you will
find a quiet, friendly, relaxed homely atmosphere with an
open peat fire. We are located approximately 5 minutes
walk from Tubbercurry town on the main Ballina road,
being situated on the N294 - just off the N17 (Sligo -
Galway road). Accommodation consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bedrooms en-suite and one standard bedroom consisting of one double and one single bed with own adjacent bathroom. |

decorated with superbly fitted wardrobes, and each
enhanced in warm eloquent colours. Our guest TV Lounge -
as our whole house - is tastefully decorated with a
personal touch from our own handcrafted furniture shop. Our breakfast setting features a warm, bright conservatory dining room overlooking a peaceful landscape and water fountain gardens. We cater for all tastes ranging from a full Irish breakfast to continental. Whatever your preference - it will be cooked to order just the way you like it.
